Q. How long have we been in business?

A. Since 1989

Q. What sets Systems Design apart from other practice management software providers?

A. We use our own product. We provide billing services to ambulance providers throughout Washington and Oregon. Because we use our own software on a daily basis, we understand the issues you face.

Q. What is your service area?

A. Our major service area is Western Washington. While most of our client support is handled via the telephone or computer connection, we want to be able to go to our client's office if necessary. Therefore, we restrict our service area to those locations we can drive to within an hour or two.

Q. How do you handle training?

A. When we sell a license for one of our practice management products, we include training at no extra cost. Notice we don't say '4 hours of training' or '2 days of training'. The truth is, everyone learns at a different pace. If we set a specific limit on the training, it would probably be too much for some clients and not enough for others. So, our policy is that we establish a training schedule to meet your needs. We want you to be successful, and we are committed to doing what it takes to make it so.

Q. What about updates to your software?

A. We offer a maintenance agreement which provides for ongoing support of the software, plus, all software upgrades at no additional cost. This eliminates that surprise of the new software version release with the accompanying price tag.
